Between the two of us we have been working in gym environments for nearly 3 decades. Nine times out of ten, when someone comes to us wanting to start training it is because they want to feel better. Exercise absolutely helps with one’s overall wellness but it won’t fix everything by itself. We believe that there are a handful of other untapped areas of wellness, that if also addressed, can lead to transformational growth in one’s overall happiness, relationships, and even career. We have met too many folks at the gym who have achieved killer bodies from logging hours at the gym but they are miserable because they have neglected the other areas of their wellbeing and only focused on their physique. We have preached this philosophy to our fitness clients for years, and are excited to now offer these same wellness consultative services to anyone who may benefit.
